TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR “PRICE BEAT” PROMOTION 2025

Information on how to redeem your Wynstan Price Beat Quotation form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Price Beat Promotion (“Promotion”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

PRICE BEAT PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. This promotion commences at 9:00 AM on 1^st January 2025 and ends at 5:00 PM AEST on 31^st December 2025 (“Promotional Period”). 
2. All price-beat orders must be submitted via the “How to Claim” process as stated on the promotional page by 5:00PM on 31^st December 2025

COMPETITOR QUOTE ELIGIBILITY

1. This offer is valid across the entire range of Wynstan Design’s products detailed below under “WYNSTAN PRODUCTS” and installation services provided to households within serviceable areas of Wynstan’s 31 showrooms across NSW and Melbourne.
2. Wynstan will only provide a Price Beat Promise against genuine, like-for-like quotes (which must include the installation service) within the Wynstan range of product
3. Wynstan will beat any valid competitor quote by a minimum of $1.00AUD
4. Wynstan will only Price Beat against Australian Retailers*.
5. Wynstan will only accept the competing Australian Retailers quote if it has been received within 21 days of the Wynstan quote issue date and the below requirements have been met.

HOW TO OBTAIN A PRICE BEAT FROM WYNSTAN 

1. The customer must obtain a measure and quote in the home by a Wynstan consultant during the promotional period as stated above
2. The customer wishing to obtain a price-beat, must email or share in person the competitor quote. This can be done remotely or in-person at either their local Wynstan Showroom or via their Wynstan consultant.
3. The competitor quote must contain the following details in order to be eligible –
   1. The competitors quote must clearly state the business name, contact and ABN details for the alternate provider
   2. The competitor’s quote must clearly state the same customer details as those quoted by Wynstan including the customer’s name and address
   3. The quoted products must be itemized for each window, door or awning for which is requesting being submitted for a price-beat including but not limited to material and specifications
   4. The competitor quote must state to include the installation service
4. You will hear from a Wynstan employee on the outcome of your Price Beat Promise within 48 hours from submission to decide if you wish to proceed with Wynstan.

GENERAL EXCLUSIONS

1. Wynstan will not price match against ‘Do it yourself’ / DIY retailers or supply only providers
2. Wynstan will not price match against Trade, Wholesale or Commercial sellers.
3. Wynstan will not price match on Commercial quantities and pricing and reserve the right to limit sales to reasonable retail quantities as deemed by the Wynstan team at the time of price beat promotion submission.
4. Excludes online-only offers and products that are short dated, on clearance or discontinued or part of a promotional offers (e.g. Buy one get one free)

COMPENSATION

1. If in the circumstance that Wynstan are simply unable to price-beat the competitor quote, Wynstan will reward the customer with a $50.00AUD Wynstan voucher that can be used on any Wynstan product within a period of three years as dated on the voucher. **

*Australian Retailers Definition – Retailers that are well known to Australian consumers.

**Wynstan $50 Voucher Conditions

1. The voucher will be sent to the address of the in-home consultation.
2. The voucher is not redeemable for cash and is not transferable.
3. Can not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
4. Only valid for orders placed before the expiry date stated on the voucher.

WYNSTAN PRODUCTS

1. All Wynstan products are included in this offer, below are some guidelines for specific product categories and competitors like-for-like product classification.
2. The determination of such comparability shall be made by a representative appointed by Wynstan. The representative shall use their professional judgment and expertise to determine the closest match based on factors including but not limited to product specifications, features, performance, and quality. This determination shall be final and binding.
3. Wynstan Designs reserves the right to revise its determination if new information becomes available or circumstances change.

Security Doors and Grilles

Wynstan will only Price Beat against a security Screen Door or a Security Window Grille, that meets the Australian standard, please refer to definition below**

**Definition of a Security Screen Door or Security Window Grille

To be defined as a Security Screen Door and Window Grille, it must pass stringent testing to comply with Australian Standards. AS 5039-2008 and AS 5041-2003. It’s important to note a barrier door or safety door may look like a security door, but it has not been tested to meet the Australian Standards AS 5039 – 2008, and therefore unknown as to whether it would withstand a break in.

Australia Standards 5039 – 2008 Security Screen Doors and Window Grilles

Australian Standards 5039 is made up of the following 6 tests to assess the strength and structural integrity of security screen doors and security window screens.

Australian Standards 5041-2003 Methods of Test – Security Screen Doors and Window Grilles

This standard sets out methods for testing security screen doors and window grilles used in residential structures in accordance with AS 5039.

There are six tests that make up the Australian Methods of Test – Security Screen Doors and Window Grilles.
